Candidates are automatically notified that their anonymous profile is under review and that an employer has requested to see their full profile. For sourcing services, If a candidate decides to reveal their full profile, contact information will be exchanged between the candidate and the employer.  For recruiting services, our talent advisors will manage communications between the candidate and the employer and no information will be exchanged.
